Choosing Your Hut
All our huts are made by hand, with high craftsmanship quality and attention to detail.
We are here to help you choose your hut, with a visit to our show huts to aid your decision highly recommended, to allow Martin and the team to discuss your requirements with you.
The Herdwick Hut
Our Herdwick Shepherd’s Hut is perfect for self-contained accommodation, whether you are starting or extending your glamping or B&B business or looking for that extra spare guest room, The Herdwick Hut provides luxurious accommodation.
Available as 18ft or 20ft long and 8ft in width. We offer fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, alongside an area for sleeping, sitting and dining. Traditional finishes with modern technology to ensure your Herdwick Hut fits around the lifestyle you’re setting.
If more space is required, we can join two of our Herdwick Huts together to create a larger living and sleeping areas. The huts have a link between them to suit the layout you prefer.
The Shetland Hut
Our Shetland Shepherd’s hut is a great space for a Garden Room, Snug, Home Office, Playroom or that retreat you have been looking for.
Our Shetland Hut offers a beautifully made hut where you can use your own furniture and create a space bespoke to you.
Like our Herdwick Hut we offer a variety of finishes for the external and internal style. We can of-course build internal features for you. Shetland Huts are available in 14ft and 16ft; and either 7ft 6in or 8ft in width, both are offered with a Steel or Oak Chassis option.
The Custom-Made Hut
If you require something a little different, we can tailor an option unique to you. If more space is required, we can even join two of our Herdwick Huts together to create a larger living and sleeping areas. The huts have a link between them to suit the layout you prefer.
Whether you want a blank canvas to put your own mark on or require a fully fitted hut laid out to your specification with areas for sleeping, sitting and dining, or a hand-built kitchen and bathroom – we can make any design a reality. Our dedicated team can help mix traditional finishes with modern technology to ensure your Wedmore hut fits around your lifestyle. We love to bring alive unique ideas, using different timbers and materials. We can create a space to your own design, offering our knowledge, experience and material selection.
In addition, there are options to include underfloor heating, log burners, and the installation of televisions and sound systems, as well as the opportunity to add smart home technologies to seamlessly connect with your phone or tablet, making your shepherd hut an extension of your home.
